How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, open the cart, press Checkout, fill in your details and choose cash on delivery. Full steps: How to order.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest with your name, phone number and address.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
A flat Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan. Orders above Rs 5,000 are delivered free.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–4 working days in major cities and 3–6 working days elsewhere. Details: Shipping & delivery.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items are returned free; other returns have a Rs 250 fee. Details: Returns & refunds.
How do I get my money back?
After we receive the returned item, the refund is sent to your bank account, JazzCash or EasyPaisa within 7–10 working days.
Products
Who sells the products?
Products come from partner suppliers and are sold, delivered and supported by Sasta Milaga. Your order, cash payment, delivery and any return are handled by us; message us on WhatsApp with your order number for help.
What does “Random colour” mean?
For some items the colour is not chosen by you; one of the available colours is sent. The product title says so when that is the case.
